Omar Abdullah’s sister moves SC challenging his detention under PSA

Previous Jammu and Kashmir main minister Omar Abdullah’s sister on Monday moved the Supreme Court docket to problem his detention less than the General public Safety Act.

Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, showing for the petitioner, pointed out the subject for urgent listing in advance of a bench headed by Justice N V Ramana.

Sibal told the bench that they have filed a habeas corpus petition demanding the detention of Abdullah less than the PSA and the subject need to be heard this 7 days.
