Lebanon’s Government Resigns After Protests, Deadly Beirut Explosion

BEIRUT—Lebanese Primary Minister Hassan Diab and his cabinet resigned Monday less than tension from protests that have sought to overturn the country’s political leadership adhering to last week’s fatal explosion that devastated significant pieces of central Beirut.

“I set out to fight corruption, but I learned that corruption is even bigger than the point out,” reported Mr. Diab in a televised tackle. “I declare today the resignation of this federal government. God bless Lebanon.”
