4. Listen. Clients simply hate it when consultants don’t give them time to talk. Keep in mind that people in general love talking about themselves so let them. Your role when these people are talking is to listen. This is advantageous for you as you’ll be able to gather data and critical information that can help you easily figure out the exact information and assistance that your clients need.
