Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday unveiled a “enhancement-oriented” manifesto for the forthcoming assembly polls in West Bengal, promising an revenue plan for all family members, a pupil credit history card and structure of a process force to analyze the inclusion of various communities underneath the OBC category.

A Distinctive Improvement Board would be set up for the enhancement of Terai and Dooars region in north Bengal, she claimed.
