Bank of Baroda concludes three-way amalgamation with Dena, Vijaya banks

State-run Financial institution of Baroda on Sunday reported it has finished integration of three,898 branches of erstwhile Vijaya Financial institution and Dena Financial institution with by itself.

In a very first a few-way amalgamation, Vijaya Financial institution and Dena Financial institution had been merged with Financial institution of Baroda from April one, 2019.

The bank has finished the integration of one,770 erstwhile Dena Financial institution branches in December 2020, and had previously finished the integration of 2,128 erstwhile Vijaya Financial institution branches in September 2020, the lender reported in a launch.

“We have successfully finished integration of erstwhile financial institutions with Financial institution of Baroda amidst the worries confronted less than the COVID atmosphere. The bank reported all clients now have access to a overall of 8,248 domestic branches and 10,318 ATMs across India, which will offer them full access to its overall suite of goods and products and services.

All clients will now have access to the bank’s electronic channels.

Debit playing cards presently issued to clients by erstwhile financial institutions will go on to operate until finally the stipulated expiry of the card, the bank reported.
