Search begins for Britain’s top black business leaders

Nominations are open up for this year’s Black British Company Awards, an yearly celebration that celebrates the achievements of some of the country’s top rated company bosses and business people.

Now in its eighth 12 months, the awards spotlight “commercial excellence” among black pros in six areas: arts and media customer and luxury begin-ups economical providers expert providers and STEM (science, tech, engineering and maths).

A “rising star” and “senior leader” award will be introduced for every category throughout a electronic ceremony in Oct.

Sophie Chandauka, co-founder of the awards, claimed: “This is a group that has remained resilient and targeted on contributing to the Uk financial system in the deal with of a pandemic, racial unrest and personalized pain. This is our time to reward and recognise these unsung heroes.”
