I love you thiiiiiiiis much

Has anyone ever told you that they'll love you forever?

That they'd give up everything to be with you?

That they love you more than life itself?

...would be nice, wouldn't it?

Many years ago a man was born in an obscure backwater of the Roman Empire; into a poor, unremarkable family. He spent the first 30 years of his life in the family business, then left home and died aged 33.

Nothing of any apparent significance so far. But once a year, the whole of the United Kingdom virtually grinds to a halt to celebrate his birthday.

Why?

The man was Jesus. He lived, and taught, and died to share the love of God with you and me.

His love was so deep, it changed those around him. His love was so wide that it led him to lay down his life for us. His love is so long that people are still coming to know Him today.

If you would like to know more about Jesus, and how he can be part of your life today, come and meet some people who have come to understand that Jesus loves them a lot, and who are trying to love him a little.

Jesus said, 'I love you this much...'
and he spread out his arms and died for me.
