Disability Living Allowance is a payment for people aged 16-65 who need help with personal care or who have mobility problems.

Attendance allowance is a benefit for people 65 or over with health problems.

You can spend the money on whatever you want. It is tax free and doesn't depend on what money you already have coming in.
