everything has its time, and changes in many of the group's busy lives has meant that exhale has stopped meeting for now. we are thankful for the blessings and fellowship it brought us.

exhale breathe out. relax.

take time out for half an hour or so

take some time for yourself
for reflection
for quiet
maybe a cup of coffee and a chat
then face the world again refreshed

exhale - end of term

The last exhale meeting before the summer holidays was a breakfast enjoyed by ten adults and three children.  Mostly we just tucked into the scrummy full english breakfast, but we also read Acts 2:42-47 and were reminded that the early church met regularly to eat together, to pray and to give each other support.
